SailPoint IIQ Support Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide L2 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Manage incidents and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive timely issue resolution.
- Support application onboarding, provisioning, role management, policies, certifications and lifecycle events.
- Troubleshoot workflows, rules and connectors through log analysis, debugging and testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Administer and support SailPoint IIQ environments across Windows, Linux and Unix platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement.
