SailPoint IAM Architect & Platform Lead

Banco Santander SA is seeking an Identity & Access Management SailPoint Engineer to lead enterprise IAM initiatives in Mexico. You will define strategy, governance, and roadmaps for identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance programs.

You will own SailPoint IdentityIQ and related platforms, drive onboarding of applications, and implement automated JML processes with HR system integration, cloud identity, and secure provisioning. Strong collaboration with IT and risk teams is required.
