Sailing Yacht Mate & Engineer - 30m Southern Wind

Capitan brush is seeking a mate/engineer for a 30 meter Southern Wind sailing yacht for the 2026 Mediterranean season. You'll work closely with an experienced captain and manage straightforward systems aboard.

The role demands flexibility for a sailing season that includes private charters. Candidates must possess AEC Level 1 & 2, valid STCW/ENG1, and must be competent sailors comfortable with hydraulic systems and watersports.
