Job Overview

Agilus is recruiting for a SAGD Drilling Supervisor in the Oil and Gas Sector in Cold Lake, Alberta. The SAGD Drilling Wellsite Supervisor is accountable for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of SAGD drilling operations. This role provides on‑site leadership, overseeing daily drilling activities, contractors, and service companies while ensuring all operations align with approved drilling programs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Total rewards: $120.00 hourly or $1,450/day all inclusive rate. Camp provided in Cold Lake. 14 days on / 7 days off (14/14 when full team of 4). Indefinite contract (long‑term; potential transition to permanent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce a strong safety and environmental culture at the wellsite.
• Supervise all phases of SAGD drilling operations, including surface holes, curve sections, laterals, and multi‑well pad drilling.
