JOB SUMMARY

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring the overall safety, health, and environmental compliance within the organization. This role conducts regular safety inspections to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations. Promotes a proactive safety culture by identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all employees.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts regular spot field inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; observes work methods and procedures of workers to determine unsafe working conditions and practices.
• Creates Initial / Final Incident Investigation Reports for medical treatment cases or lost-time incidents (including creation of Safety Alerts).
