Taylor Hopkinson is currently supporting an international renewable energy company in the search for a Safety Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the planning and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of HSE strategy across renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO *************)
- Oversee HSE performance during project development and construction phases
- Manage and audit EPC contractors and subcontractors on safety matters
- Conduct risk assessments (HAZID, JSA) and define mitigation actions
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective/preventive actions
- Perform regular site inspections and HSE audits
- Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture
