Safety Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Safety Management System - Establish and maintain the company's WSH policies and procedures. Ensure all work activities comply with safety regulations and company requirements.

Conduct Risk Assessments - Identify workplace hazards and unsafe practices. Recommend control measures to minimize risks.

Ensure Compliance with WSH Regulations- Ensure compliance with requirements under the Workplace Safety and Health Council and MOM regulations. Liaise with government authorities during inspections or audits.

Conduct Safety Inspections and Audits - Carry out regular site inspections. Investigate unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.

Incident Investigation - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
