Position Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness by providing support and information to employees.
• Identify safety training needs, coordinate training and monitor safety goals.
• Take part in new product/process review, including process hazard analysis.
• Participate in Uline's Safety Committee.
• Review incident reports and follow up as necessary.
• Train new employees on Uline procedures and safety standards when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience within a distribution environment a plus.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
