Safety and Learning Systems Officer

The Safety and Learning Systems Officer provides specialist administrative support for the Trust’s Safety and Learning Systems (currently Datix and MEG), ensuring the system is maintained, developed, and used effectively for risk management, incident reporting, and safety improvement. The post holder supports users, maintains data quality, delivers training, and assists with data analysis to inform local and national safety initiatives.
Main duties of the job
System Administration and User Support
- Act as a point of contact for end users, Care Group Leads, and stakeholders for system queries and technical issues.
- Set up and control user accounts, ensuring access aligns with user roles and Trust policies.
