As a Senior SAFe Agile Coach – Transformation & Coaching , you will be working for our client to support Agile transformation initiatives. You will coach leaders and teams, facilitate effective planning and delivery practices, and help the organization strengthen execution through SAFe-aligned ways of working.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices to improve delivery performance.
- Facilitate key Agile events and ceremonies, supporting consistent execution across programs and teams.
