As a SaaS Support Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and with development of new features.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Client Support and Engagement:

  • Handle first-level support tickets from clients, providing efficient solutions to technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the Senior SaaS Engineer team when necessary.
  • Assist the service delivery team with the deployment of assets into the SynaptiQ platform.
  • Understand clients' needs and translate these into appropriate technical solutions.
