Responsibilities
- Own the entire implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live
- Act as the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams
- Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables
- Guide clinics through workflow migrations to the new platform
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Deliver training and support clients through system configuration and data imports
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features within the implementation workflow
