SaaS Implementation Lead - Customer Success PM (Hybrid)

Frontapp is seeking a Technical Project Manager to be part of our Success Services Team in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will ensure customer success by managing project workflows and change management efforts throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Implementation or Customer Success within the SaaS industry, coupled with strong communication skills.
