JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The S3D (Smart 3D) Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring and supporting Smart 3D across engineering projects, ensuring smooth project execution, compliance with standards and alignment with the defined Scope of Work (SOW). This role involves setup administration and troubleshooting of the S3D environment as well as providing support to engineering disciplines in the delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
- Initialize and configure S3D project databases.
- Setup project structures including PlantAreaUnit (PAU) hierarchy.
- Define and implement tag naming and loop conventions in line with project standards.
- Create, configure and manage domains projects and user groups.
- Assign and manage user roles, permissions and access rights.
- Customize project templates and naming conventions.
