Your tasks:

Responsible for the VCM material flow topics inside the Production Facility

- Defines and implements the standard Material Flow processes and KPIs in the Raw Material / Semi-Finished Goods / Finished goods warehouses

- Calculates the optimized Kanban quantities by considering: production/customer demand, supplier box quantity, replenishment time, delivery routes, ABC XYZ parameters, etc.

- Defines the appropriate type of Kanban boxes to be used for each material by considering: defined Kanban quantity, material weight, material volume, other specific storage requireme...
