RTS & Claims Recovery Lead — Dispatch & Strategy

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking an experienced professional to manage the overall Return to Shipper (RTS) process. This role requires ensuring parcels are dispatched according to SOP and KPIs, and collaborating closely with the claims team to manage past due items effectively.

The candidate will also work with various teams for the timely dispatch of parcels and provide guidance and training to ensure team performance and continuous growth.
