RTS & Claims Lead — Parcel Dispatch & Process Excellence

Shopee is looking for a dedicated professional to manage the Return to shipper/seller process. This role involves ensuring that all RTS parcels are dispatched per SOP and KPIs while collaborating with the claims team to manage past due items.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure timely dispatch of parcels and participate in the development of strategies for tactical execution. Effective team guidance and performance evaluation are also key responsibilities.
