RTR Senior Analyst – Type: Remote (Once per week)

Location: Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia

As a RTR Senior Analyst you’ll prepare, analyze, and ensure data is accurate across all activities under the Retained Organization responsibility, and will be involved in reviewing processes handled by our BPO located in India.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the daily management of team activities, including serving as the technical leader for assigned area of responsibility.
• Conduct regular meetings, that include issue discussions.
• Resolve issues as appropriate and elevate them further as needed.
• Ensure that department systems and procedures follow company policies.
• Seek and recommend process improvements for departmental procedures.
• Participate in and actively support the integration of new businesses into Shared Services Center.
