We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 4–7 years of experience to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) delivering complex solutions across Payments, Investor Services & Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management . The role focuses on driving execution, alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment, ensuring successful delivery of high‑impact financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment, dependency management, and delivery execution .
- Track and report on program‑level progress, risks, issues, and dependencies .
