About the role We are looking for an experienced R&T Subsea Technologies Lead to strengthen our Research & Development activities in Norway. Based at the Stavanger Research Centre, you will play a key role in shaping and leading advanced R&T projects on subsea technologies, with a focus on all electric subsea systems, subsea processing technologies and SURF. This is a strategic position combining technical leadership, innovation, project management and external collaboration, contributing directly to cost and greenhouse gas emissions reduction for subsea and offshore developments and operations.
