We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for an RSP (Retail Service Provider) Delivery Manager , reporting to the Executive Manager RSP Delivery.

A bit about your role

As an RSP Delivery Manager, you will lead the operational relationship between nbn and our RSP partners, ensuring we meet our contractual commitments with clarity, care and consistency. You will work closely with RSPs and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) Service Level Agreements and operational targets, thoughtfully identifying trends through analysis and enabling early intervention where needed. ...
