Portfolios
Portfolios need to be included either on the resume (URL) or as an attachment along with the resume.
Must Have
- User Interface Design: Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- User-Centered Design Approach: Apply iterative design practices based on user testing, feedback, and usability best practices.
- Design Deliverables: Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps optimized for multiple devices.
- Experience with Ontario Design Systems (ODS).
- Research Planning & Execution: Design and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
- User Behaviour Analysis: Analyze user needs, behaviours, and motivations to inform design decisions.
