Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management
- Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms to support request fulfillment processes
- Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration
- Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
