Must Haves
8+ years of experience, developing multi-year program roadmaps,
8+ years of experience overseeingend-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of program components.
8+ years of experience establishing program governance, including decision-making forums, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Public Sector Experience
Preferred Certifications:
PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP
PROSCI Change Management
ITIL
Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
