Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Semiconductor RPO account on an initial 12-month contract, based in our client's Malaysia Penang Office, which will be hybrid working model. You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account and work alongside our high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative recruitment support and influencing hiring decisions through market insights and data-driven recommendations.
