- RPGLE and SQLRPGLE experience
- Ability to create and maintain IBM i programs (RPG and CL), modules, tables, indexes, procedures, and functions
- Ability to create and maintain embedded SQL
- Ability to create and maintain stored proc and user defined SQL function on DB2 for i
- Ability to test, diagnose and fix customization/enhancement issues
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
