Responsibilities
- Serve in different capacities as a Business Process Analyst, RPA Developer, Support Engineer, and Course Trainer as assigned across multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and define use cases within existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign, and reengineering.
- Gather business requirements, and design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows.
- Create, develop, and review Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Deliver process automation solutions for onsite and remote client engagements to support successful adoption.
- Follow RPA implementation best practices and develop programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, maintainable, reusable, and easy to understand.
