Job Title: Routing & Dispatch Specialist

Prerequisite: Prior dispatch and routing experience and a bachelor’s degree is a must!

This is primarily an operations role that requires a high degree of engagement, timely plans, updates, and responses. This role may involve some dev/QA testing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Routing of Orders: generating effective routes, route plan for the day, schedules for drivers, ensuring routes pass the smell test, and making manual adjustments where needed.
• On the Road Support / Dispatch: auditing on the road performance and compliance of delivery drivers, communicating with clients through phone calls, texts, and WhatsApp, providing feedback to drivers, making adjustments as needed, and tracking all deliveries.
