Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description

Responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. Drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products while providing sales and service to the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and represent the company positively.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
