Rotating Equipment Technician - Osborne Engineering

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid Mechanical ITI Diploma or recognized engineering trade certificate.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven hands‑on experience in overhauling heavy rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) in the GCC.
• Strong ability to read complex mechanical engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators).

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete strip‑down, inspection, and rebuild of heavy industrial rotating machinery to OEM and API standards.
• Perform critical alignment, dynamic balancing, and operational testing before dispatching components back to O&G clients.
• Ensure 100% compliance with strict workshop safety protocols, including LOTO (Lock‑Out, Tag‑Out) and heavy lifting procedures.
