- IRATA level 1 or higher + window cleaning experience
- 2+ years of experience in rope access or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Start date of position: March 2025
Duties:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings, bridges, and other structures using rope access techniques
- Conduct visual inspections and identify potential hazards or defects
- Execute painting, coating, and other surface protection applications
- Install, repair, and replace equipment and materials as needed
- Collaborate with other technicians and teams to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
