Job Duties
- Conduct training for Guest Service Agents and Night Audit team members, and actively support onboarding of new hires
- Supervise front desk operations during shifts, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members in their daily tasks
- Maintain and manage front office supply inventory
