Rooms Division Manager

REQUIREMENT:
RSA ID and legal residence essential
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager within a 5 Star game lodge essential
Extensive experience within the game lodge industry essential
Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
Proven leadership and people management skills
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Computer literate with experience on hospitality PMS systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards
Professional, hands-on, and guest-focused approach
Valid Driver's License and own transport advantageous
