Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests while respecting their privacy.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy items when required.
