The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures that all assigned areas meet the organization’s cleanliness standards, providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: At least High School graduate (Vocational training in housekeeping is an advantage).
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or related establishments is preferred but not always required.
- Skills & Competencies: Attention to detail and strong sense of cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and long periods of standing/walking.
