Rookie Advisor Development Specialist

TheRookie Advisor DevelopmentSpecialistwill develop Content all learning modalities including Face to Face, Online and eLearning under the supervision of the Rookie Advisor & Advisor Activation Head. In this role, youwill beresponsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective blended learning experiences that drive business outcomes. Along with your Manager, you will overseethe entire learninglife cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring that our learning programs are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

• Curriculum Design & Deliver
• Design and create high-quality learning materials with the objective of developing the Knowledge and Skills of the Rookie Advisors
• Implement performance-based development roadmap to activate new recruits and increase new agent retention.
