Roofing Foreman-Service Crew

Looking for an experienced Flat roofer to run a service crew. Would like candidates with 2-5 years or more experience. Looking for someone with a positive outlook and reliable. Fall Protection course and first aid required. Out of town work will be required from time to time. A good driving record is required. A company truck and gas card will be provided to the right candidate.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the job site
• Read and interpret specifications to determine the scope of work
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project requirements
• Provide guidance and training to workers on proper roofing techniques
