Responsibilities
- Conducting trade quote reviews – verifying material quantities, hours, and rates
- Inputting and updating deficiency logs
- Taking/coordinating progress photos
- Ensure execution of the Customer Experience and provide resolution for all customer concerns
- Provide an exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce requirements
- Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code and project specifications
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components at various job sites
