Roofer with Leadership Skills Required

We are looking for an experienced Roofer who possesses a minimum of 2 years’ experience to lead and instruct teams across multiple site types. Your role will involve everything from installing shingles to overseeing apprentices, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply asphalt, wood shingles, and roofing tiles
• Supervise and mentor other roofing staff
• Install waterproof coatings on surfaces
• Read and interpret blueprints for project accuracy
• Operate CADD software for project estimation
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate is necessary
• 2-3 years of demonstrated roofing experience
