Roofer - Francophone Mobility Program

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems, including metal roofing and flat/membrane systems (TPO, SBS torch-applied)
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs for roofing and construction-related issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and roofing regulations
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, labor, and resources
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot construction and roofing equipment
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety practices, and equipment use
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders on-site
• Maintain records of work completed, inspections, and maintenance activities
