CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Roller Operators for an upcoming civil project in Dirranbandi QLD (2 hours from St George) . This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a 2:1 DIDO roster with full camp provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Padfoot, Smooth Drum and Multi Tyre Rollers safely and efficiently.
• Perform compaction works in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic daily maintenance on machinery.
• Identify and report any mechanical faults or safety hazards.
• Follow site safety procedures and environmental requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with other civil construction tasks when required.

• Previous experience operating Padfoot, Smooth Drum and Multi Tyre Rollers.
