- Work within the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) department to provide maintenance, repair, overhaul services, technical assistance in robotic system deployments, troubleshoot issues with deployments and be a point of contact for escalated technical issues from clients and onsite engineering staff
- Collaborate with Technical and Support teams on product issues
- Work with cross-functional teams on resolving complex technical issues
- Provide superior customer service to all clients, internal and external
- Actively and continuously update technical skills
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Robotics (or a related discipline), or equivalent professional experience
