Robotics Field Technician — AMR/AGV Support

OTSAW DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Technician to monitor OTSAW Products, perform routine checks, and provide first-response support for technical issues.

The role includes on-site and remote Tier 1 support, with escalation for higher-level problems as needed. You will prepare maintenance reports and assist the Robotics Operations Team with ad hoc tasks, while adhering to shifting schedules and safety requirements.
