POSITION SUMMARY
Robotic Programmer Operators at MIC are primarily responsible for the programming and production of welded assemblies that meet customer requirements in quality and output in a safe fashion. To meet this requirement Robotic Welders must program and operate equipment and work with numerous types of associated consumables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program and maintain program accuracy, and efficiency in weld cells.
- Robotically weld parts together according to drawings and specifications. All Robotic operators must use tape measures and/or verniers to assure the proper location of welds.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in the allotted time provided.
- Must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies and procedures.
- Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or clothing as required by the company.
