Roadside Rescue Advisor

About the Role
As a Roadside Rescue Advisor, you will coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance service providers.
You'll work with urgency and professionalism to dispatch the right provider, communicate updates clearly, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for throughout the rescue process.
