Roadside Rescue Advisor - Integon (Tijuana)

Integon is a division in Mexico of one of the largest insurance companies in the United States of America. Since 2019, it has been certified as a Great Place To Work. Integon provides support to its insurance company affiliates, offering property and casualty insurance products.

Our customer support roles are central to our operations. As a member of our team, you will be the friendly voice that our clients rely on for support and guidance. Your main focus will be ensuring that our customers feel valued and understood.

Our Roadside Rescue Advisor is primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing service for our customers.

In this role, you work with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting their expectations.
