Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced professional driver to operate a Road Train vehicle at our Toowoomba Quarry. As a Boral Driver, you will be responsible for loading and delivering of quarry and asphalt materials to customer sites.
The nature of this role requires flexibility to work away from home for a period of up to 2 weeks at a time.
Your day will involve:
- Delivery of quarry materials which includes responsibility for compliance with axle weights tolerances and using smart track system to capture data
- Conducting daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as required
- Actively monitoring and maintaining compliance with axle weight tolerances
- Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials
