Job Summary
The RN Clinical Mentor – Inpatient Medicine functions as an experienced clinical mentor, resource, and champion in the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care. Working collaboratively with Nurse Educators and interprofessional leaders, the Clinical Mentor provides rapid, elbow‑to‑elbow clinical mentorship and practice support to nursing staff across Inpatient Medicine units.
This role plays a key leadership function in advancing clinical excellence by supporting staff skill development, strengthening clinical practice, and promoting safe, evidence‑based care through hands‑on mentorship and role modelling.
