RITE Equipment Technician / Senior Technician
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, maintaining records and reports, documenting procedures, and ensuring cost efficiency, quality, safety, and housekeeping. The role supports 12‑hour shift operations to assist production activities and engineers in equipment improvement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform scheduled equipment maintenance according to standard operating procedures.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment following standard operating procedures or guidance from engineers.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems and assist in major repair and troubleshooting efforts.
- Propose improvements to SOP and explain them to ensure technicians and lower‑tier staff adhere to SOP.
