Job Description
The Risk Officer plays a key role in supporting Lendi Group’s risk management, compliance assurance, governance, and continuous improvement activities across the business. Sitting within the centralised Risk, Compliance & Legal (CRL) team, the role contributes to maintaining a safe, trusted, and well‑controlled operating environment through assurance activities, compliance support, and operational risk management.
Working under the guidance and support of the Head of Risk & Compliance, General Counsel, and Compliance & Assurance Team Manager, the role supports the broader CRL function by:
• Supporting the whole CRL team on risk, compliance, legal and governance tasks.
• Conducting assurance activities that contribute to strong risk management, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting compliance monitoring, assurance reviews, and control testing activities across different areas of the business.
